Order processing can take up to 1-7 business days BEFORE SHIPMENT

Please see each individual product for shipping times, which can be viewed here. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS whilst product is in transit as it is already on the way. 

Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday)

In order to reduce waste and create a more sustainable planet, we have implemented a no-return policy where returns/exchanges will no longer require the original item to be shipped back.
