REFUNDS

We have simplified our refund policy and will provide refunds for damaged, defective, or undelivered items. For all other reasons (such as wrong size, color, style, etc), we'll provide an 80% discount for repurchases of the same or equally priced items.

To receive your 80% discount, please send your request to support@voguecycling.com (include your order number), and we'll send you an email with details for finalizing your discount code.

For damaged, defective, or undelivered items

While we and our manufacturing partners inspect each item to ensure our customers receive a quality product free from defects, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. If damages, defects or the order is not delivered, please send your refund request to support@voguecycling.com (include your order number) so that we can evaluate the issue and MAKE IT RIGHT.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for undelivered items if the wrong shipping address was provided during checkout.

Please note your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to process your refund.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

In order to reduce waste and create more sustainable business practices, we have implemented a no-return policy where returns/exchanges will no longer require the original item to be shipped back or returned. Keep the original items while also receiving an 80% discount (well below the cost for us to manufacturer, pack and dispatch) for repurchases of the same or equally priced items.
